Equivalent: Rent a Professional!
or:
Your new Recruiter*in, managed by FEL
Reasons why
Every successful company needs employees in order to grow and/or to replace departing employees. Recruiters fulfill this task.
Recruiters' field of activity is constantly changing, extremely broad, technologically challenging and highly demanding. It is almost always necessary to complement external service providers and specialists in order to recruit the right employees. A modern recruiter as a generalist is an HR recruitment manager who coordinates, manages and completes what is necessary and logical for filling all positions as a central point of contact.
Rent-a-Recruiter is a model to "rent" an HR Recruitment Manager. It is an alternative to hiring a recruiter on a permanent basis within the company or contracting individual lump-sum assignments to external service providers. Rent-a-Recruiter is just as promising for specialists focused on individual tasks in active sourcing, online marketing, social media management, application management and reporting.
The basis of demand is always a continuously recurring need to recruit employees.
Advantages
